Try this out! Before you launch for recording:

1. Go to {installation}\dat\protocols. By default, it’s C:\Program Files\LoadRunner\dat\protocols
2. Open the desired protocol file that has the.lrp file extension. (E.g. mms.lrp)
3. Amend parameter, Multi in the .lrp file from 0 to 1. E.g. Multi=0 to Multi=1
4. Open Vugen for a new vuser script and you should be able to see the enabled protocol in the list “New Multiple Protocol Script”.
5. Create a new multiple protocol script of Web (HTTP/HTML) and MediaPlayer (MMS).
6. Record the script to capture the HTTP traffic as per norm.
7. After script generation, add in mms_play function into the script and you should be able to perform Media Player (MMS) replay with Web (HTTP/HTML) together!

The error:

"Error: C interpreter run time error: Action.c (252): Error -- Unresolved symbol : mms_play"

is caused by the non-existence of Media Player (MMS) protocol being selected. It does not know where to look out for the APIs. mic_media.h is for declaration of constants from what I've observed so far.
