Process Vs. Creativitiy

Do process stifle creativity? It would be great to have people comment on this, based on their experience, real facts and references !!
Let me kick-off with my comments on this topic :
I strongly believe that creativity can never be stifled by Processes. To add to this, I would like to quote the below given references.,
