Small things please small minds

I am so EXCITED!! We got a new version of the bug tracker yesterday to replace our 8 year old version.  The new version does so much more, it does things that previously I had to dump data out to Excel, it looks better – bliss! I have even spent my lunch break playing to see what else it will do for me.

Yes, there have been a few teething problems, I managed to crash it once and some things have had to be tweaked, but I am so happy with it.

I know, I shouldn’t be so excited about a tool, but I can’t help it.  Boy, is my wife going to get so bored with me tonight when I tell her all the great things I can now do so much easier.

Can’t stop to write any more, got to go play with my new version….

Bug tracker being used

Hi Joe,
We are using Dimensions from Serena. This is, actually, a CM tool, not a bug tracking tool, which has been massaged into doing bug tracking - very long story why!! As a CM tool, it is OK, as a bug tracking tool it has been dreadful, but latest version has started to bring our bug tracking abilities out of the stone age.
