July 20, 2008 - Images of Automated Testing

Occasionally, I use Google Images to look for visual representations of some topic.

Recently, I was looking for images of "Automated Testing" using  http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=Automated+Testing&btnG=Search+Images&gbv=2. 

So what does Automated Testing look like? 

It looks like Robots

(some of which are Evil!)

When viewed through a magnifying glass, it looks like ones and zeros

(must be automated validation points - I think I see a bug!)

It looks like flow charts

(does your Automated Testing flow this well?)

It looks like books

(Hi Elfriede!)

It looks like people

(smiling testers!)

It looks like.. er, uhm... ????

(I give up)

And finally, it looks like someone is using images that they haven't paid for

(Oops!)
