ISEB Certified Senior Tester/Team Leader
Location-Sutton
Salary-Up to £35,000 per annum
ISEB Certified Test Manager needed for an international development company (Public Sector) based in Sutton.
The Main responsiblities of the role are:
Creates and manages Test Unit work plans,
Identifies and manages risk and the provision of contingency
Ensures the test environments are maintained and available as required
Produces, modifies and ensures compliance with the ITS Test Unit Policy, ensuring that the test processes are sound, synchronized and visible
Produces ITS Divisional & project level reports, including test metrics.
Writes and controls appropriate test strategies, plans, schedules and exit reports for high risk assignments
Conducts Risk Analysis reviews and uses the results to prioritise testing
Produces clear and meaningful test summary reports, defines key test metrics and carries out test measurement
Analyses test results, identifies and reports areas of concern and risk; providing a significant contribution to root cause analysis.
Supports the UAT phase of  large / critical projects providing guidance as regards appropriate testing disciplines to be applied
Evaluates the efficiency & effectiveness of training event/solutions
Supervises and mentors in area of expertise.
Candidates must be
ISEB Test Management Certified
Formal training or extensive experience using Automated testing tools
Test Management Experience.
There may be situations when on call availability will be required additional hours over and above the standard contracted hours may be required to meet assignment deadlines.
Some travel may be required which may include overseas visits.
Full UK working visa required.
